Every element of Elysium has been designed to ‘breathe’. Since 1888, Royal Auping have made their reputation as the makers of the most highly ventilated mattresses in the world. Enhanced breathability and ventilation mean that you stay cool. Heat and moisture can escape and you can thermoregulate for better sleep.

Inside an Elysium there are no foams or loose fillings to trap or retain heat. The unique Ventex® comfort layers, Harmony Pocket® springs, and silky knitted stretch outer ticking have been formulated for the cleanest, freshest, and coolest sleeping mattress possible.

    Auping’s Harmony Pocs® provide a gentle embrace for perfect pressure relief. Combined with the underlying support of the uniquely tailored spring system, Elysium earnt it’s name for the sublime comfort it generates.

    The entire top surface of Elysium is removable and washable. The internal componentry is hypoallergenic, and free from CFC’s and VOC’s. Elysiums materials are naturally fire retardant (BS7177) without the use of additional chemicals.

Elysium is a ‘100% Circular’ mattress. The very highest form of recyclability. Meaning that at the end of it’s life your mattress will be returned to Auping, and every single element will be 100% recycled to make a new mattress of the same quality. Without the introduction of further materials. Again and again. Forever.

To do so is no easy task. Auping had to invent new materials and construction technologies to achieve their sustainable dream. They also have to ensure that every mattress finds its way back to them. We call that ‘closing the loop’. All you need to do is scan the QR code on the side of the mattress, and we will do the rest. Making sure that no mattress ever ends up at a landfill. Quite oppositely, every Elysium that enters the circular loop, means more mattresses will never be wasted.
